Coconut Flour Hamburger Buns-low carb

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c coconut flour
  • 1/2 t baking soda
  • 1/2 t sea salt
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 T water

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325. Add coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt to a medium mixing bowl.

Add eggs, olive oil, water to dry ingredients.

Mix well and let sit for 5 minutes.

Divide dough into 4 to 5 equal parts. form a bun shape from the dough and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper,

Bake in oven for 30 minutes for 325.

Using a knife, slice the buns in half horizontally. Add hamburger and fixings of choice to the bun.
