Making your own herb salt rub is simple and more affordable! Plus these little jars make a great gourmet gift.

Ingredients

  • 3 TB fresh organic oregano
  • 3 TB fresh organic thyme
  • 1 tsp fresh organic basil
  • 1 tsp fresh organic rosemary
  • 3 TB kosher salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200° F.
Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until herb leaves are finely chopped.
Spread onto sheet pan in a single layer and bake 2+ hours until leaves are dried.
Let cool and store in air tight container.
