Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3.4 c. milk

Preparation

Step 1

Combine chocolate, sugar, egg and vanilla in electric blender. Heat milk in small saucepan over moderate-low heat until boiling. Pour into blender, cover and blend on high for 1 minute. Pour mixture into small serving dishes. Chill for 3 hours or until firm. Top with whipped cream.
