Leftover Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Cooked White or Brown Rice
  • 1 Cup Vanilla Rice Milk (you can also use cow’s, almond or soy milk)
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp – 1/4 Cup Agave Nectar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place all the ingredients in a sauce pan and cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until it starts to thicken up.
2. Place in bowls and cool.
3. Refrigerate or serve at room temperature.
