Garlic Burgers w/ Spaghetti Carbonara

  • Garlic Burgers
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2 stick Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt
  • Spaghetti Carbonara
  • 1 box Angel Hair Pasta
  • 2 TBS Butter
  • 2 TBS Flour
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1 Lb White American Cheese
  • 1 package bacon bits



Step 1

Garlic Burgers: Shape 4 burger patties, ea. a 1/4 lb burger. Toast of burger buns or bread. (If using bread cross cut and place on plate.)Burgers should be cooked to desired doneness. Melt Butter and add Garlic Salt together then brush on buns or toast.

Spaghetti Carbonara: Cook Spaghetti in accordance to directions on box. Drain as instructed as pasta drains mix into pot Butter and stir in flour. Pour in milk and stir until sauce thickens. Add cheese half at a time, and stir until cheese melts into white sauce. Add in Pasta and bacon bits, mix thoroughly.
