Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 3 lb. ground ham loaf mix (2 parts ham to one part pork)
- 2 shredded wheat bisquits
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c.l milk
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Mix meat, wheat biscuits, egg and milk. Roll into small size balls. Set aside. Mix all sauce ingredients together and bring to a boil. Pour over ham balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
