Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3/4 or 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup sugar (I only use 1/2 to 3/4)
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 5 slices white bread- broken into small pieces
  • 1 No.2 can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cream butter and sugar together, add eggs and beat well. Add bread and pineapple.

2. Mix and put in a greased casserole. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.

(If pineapple is too juicy, drain slightly.
