Ingredients

  • 4-5 (2-2 1/2)
  • 1 1/2 Lbs Chicken Wings (3/4 Lbs)
  • 1 Medium size Yellow Onion (1 Sm)
  • 2 Stalks Celery with leaves, Cut into Chunks (1 Stalk)
  • 4 Sprigs fresh Italian Parsley (2 Sprigs)
  • Fresh Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Bay Leaf (1/4 leaf)
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place all ingredients in the crock pot, except for salt, Add water to cover by 2-3 inches, over and Cook on HIGH for 1 Hour.

2.Uncover and Skim the foam off the surface. Cover reduce heat to LOW, and cook for 8-12 more hours, If the water cooks down below the level of the ingredients add a bit of BOILING water.

3. Turn off Cooker, Uncover and let cool to lukewarm strain and store in the fridge up to 3 days or freeze for 3-4 months
