Ingredients
- 1/2 C olive oil
- 1 Tbs minced garlic
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 C olive oil
- juice of 2 lg lemons (1/2 c)
- 1/3 C chopped parsley
- 2 Lbs tilapia fillets,floured lightly
- lemon wedges
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. In saute pan, fry floured fish lightly. Put in baking dish and pour lemon marinade over top. Bake @ 350 oven for 10-15 mins. Garnish w/ lemon wedges
