Ingredients
- 1 lb. whitefish fillets
- 2 tbs Olive oil
- 1/4 C onions
- 1 tbs minced garlic
- 3 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1/3 C pimiento stuffed olives
- 8 Tbs butter
- pepper
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 Tbs chopped fresh basil
- 1 Tbs chopped fresh parsley
- 1/3 C capers
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil. Add remaining ingreds except butter. Cook 5-10 mins. (uncovered) Add butter. Pour over whitefish and bake 20-30 mins
