Poppy Seed Chicken
- 2 lb. Chicken, boned and cooked
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 1/2 Cups Ritz Crackers, crushed
- 1/2 Cup Margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. Poppy Seed
Fry chicken in butter on both sides. Arrange in a buttered 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Mix soup and sour cream. Put a layer on bottom of pan. Put chicken on top of it. Put the rest of soup mixture on top of chicken. Mix margarine with cracker crumbs until crumbs are well coated. Stir in poppy seeds and spread crumb mixture over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
