Ingredients

  • 1

    (20 oz) can crushed pineapple in juice (do not drain)

  • 1

    (21 oz.) can Lucky Leaf Regular or Premium Cherry Pie Filling

  • 1

    package yellow cake mix

  • 1

    cup butter or margarine, melted

  • 1

    (7oz) bag coconut, shredded

  • 1

    cup macadamia nuts, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 9x13-in baking pan. Layer crushed pineapple, then LUCKY LEAF Regular or Premium Cherry Pie Filling. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the top. Pour melted butter on top, covering evenly. Finish with coconut and nuts. Bake for 50-60 minutes until brown on top and bubbly. Let cool 30 minutes. Serve warm or cooled.
