Salisbury Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 Slices Bread
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1 lb. Hamburger
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Salt
  • Dash of Pepper
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Cup Water

Preparation

Step 1

Soak bread in 1/4 cup milk. Mix all together except mushroom soup and water. Form into patties, roll in flour, and fry in a little oil until browned. Dilute soup with 1 cup water and pour over patties. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. The soup that is poured on is your gravy.
