Ingredients
- 1 c milled flax seed
- 2 c instant oatmeal
- 1 c vanilla protein
- 1 c natural peanut butter (i used reduced fat pb)
- 1 c honey (or agave nector)
- 1 c dried cranberries ( used raw almonds)
- 1 c dark Choc. Chips
