Truffle Fudge

Kraft family holiday recipe. Takes only 15 minutes, plus refrigerating.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (8 squares each) Baker's semi-sweet chocolate, divided
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tbsps whipping cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends extending over sides. Melt 4 chocolate squares in microwave as directed on package, spread onto bottom of prepared pan. Refrigerate 10 minutes or until firm.
Microwave remaining chocolate and milk in same bowl on high 2-3 minutes or until completely melted. Add cream and vanilla, mix well. Spread over chocolate layer in pan. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Use foil handles to lift fudge from pan before cutting into squares.
