Grilled Salmon & Asparagus Packets

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh salmon fillet, quartered
  • 2 Land O Lakes® Lemon Pepper Sauté Express® squares
  • 8 ounces (10 to 16 spears) fresh asparagus, cut into thirds
  • 1 small (about 1 cup) red bell pepper, cut into 2-inch strips
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced red onion

Directions

Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.

Sauté Express® square into quarters. Place

onto each piece of salmon. Layer vegetables over top. Cut remaining Sauté Express® square into eighths; place evenly over vegetables. Bring long sides of aluminum foil together; seal top and sides of packet.

Place foil packet onto grill. Close lid; grill 11-13 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with fork.
