Chocolate mousse cake ( non gebrakot )

Ingredients

  • 7 eggs, separated
  • 7/8 cups sugar
  • 7 oz semi sweet chocolate
  • 7 oz margarine

Preparation

Step 1

1. Melt chocolate, sugar, margarine in double boiler. Let cool.

Beat egg yolks and slowly pour in chocolate mixture.

2. Beat egg whites and fold in other mixture.

3. Pour 1/3 into pan and bake at 325 for minutes.

4 . Let cool in fridge.

5. Add remaining batter and freeze.
