Ingredients
- Get 3 c. drippings (add one cup of water to pan and place over heat to stir up those drippings)
- 1 c. cold water
Preparation
Step 1
Place this water in 2 c. measuring glass and whisk in 1/2 c. flour.
Place drippings on heat and whisk in the slurry. Bring to boil, whisking constantly. Simmer 12 minutes. Season w/ salt and pepper.
