  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 medium pears
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon peppercorns, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Step 1

1. In a small saucepan blend orange juice and flour, and bring to a boil. Simmer until reduced to 3/4 cup.
2. Add pears, mustard, peppercorns, and nutmeg and continue cooking for several minutes until blended
and thickened.
