Ingredients
- 1 lb. butter (do not substitute)
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
- 3-3/4 c. all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. pecan halves
- 1 c. whole macadamia nuts
- 2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Cream together butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and almond flavoring
Mix together flour, salt and baking powder. Stir flour mixture into butter mixture. Carefully fold in pecan halves, whole macadamia nuts and chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded spoonful on cookie sheet. Gently pat dough to flatten.
Bake at 275 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour. (Yes, that's correct.)
