Raspberry Cordial

Discovered one year and gave as a gift to all the family aunts. Became a hit with my mom who appreciates it's purpose :-)

Ingredients

• 2 C Raspberry juice (thaw raspberries and squeeze through cheesecloth)
• 2 C Vodka
• 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 C sugar (to taste - I like it less sweet)

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved. Store in large bottles for 22 days, then put in gift bottles and seal.
