Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Thai coconut water
- 5 cloves garlic, peeled
- 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1/2 cup stone-ground mustard
- 2 cups raw macadamia nuts, pine nuts, or cashews
