- 1 large whole wheat tortilla
- 1 cup fat-free canned refried beans
- 1/4 cup tomato, diced
- 2 tablespoons red onion, diced
- 1 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 2 tablespoons low-fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons salsa
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray tortilla with corn oil spray and brown tortilla for several minutes until crisp.
3. Meanwhile, heat beans in a small saucepan.
4. Remove tortilla and layer with beans, tomato, onion, lettuce, sour cream, and salsa.
