Ingredients
- 1 lb cleaned shrimp
- 4 t butter
- 1/4 c chopped shallots
- 1/4 c lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/3 c chopped cilantro
Preparation
Step 1
1) season shrimp. heat large skillet over md high heat; add 1/2 t butter and shrimp.
2) cook through, about 1-2 minutes; transfer to plate.
3) over md high heat melt 1t butter; add shallots, lime juice and red pepper; cook 2 minutes.
4) add remaining butter, zest, shrimp and cilantro; toss and serve
