Ingredients
- 6 hard cooked eggs, peeled and cut lengthwise
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 2-3 tsp coarse grated horseradish, drained (more or less to taste)
- 2 Tbs real bacon bits
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- Paprika for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Remove egg yolks and place them in a small bowl. Mash them with a fork. Add mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, bacon bits, salt , pepper and mix well. Refill egg whites with the yolk mixture. Lightly sprinkle paprika over eggs. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let chill for at least an hour.
