Ranch Tortilla Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1-oz. env. ranch dressing mix
  • 4 10" or 12" flour tortillas
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 1/4 oz. can sliced black olives, drained and chopped
  • 2 Tb. bacon bits
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cream cheese and ranch dressing mix together until smooth; spread on one side of each tortilla. Sprinkle tomatoes, olives, bacon and shredded cheese evenly on top of the cream cheese mixture. Roll up tortillas and wrap each in plastic wrap; chill for one hour. When ready to serve, cut each roll into one-inch slices. Serves 10-12.
