Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup zweigeit red wine
- 3 cloves garlic
- pinch of black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 pounds fresh black mussels
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place all ingredients (except mussels) into a large cooking pot and heat until the butter is melted
2. Add the mussels and cover for five minutes, simmering on low heat. Remove cover and simmer for an additional 5 minutes
3. Serve warm in a bowl with a fresh baguette
