French Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Stew Beef (cut into bite size pieces)
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Mushroom w/Roasted Garlic Soup.
  • 1 Can Condensed Onion Soup (Cream of Onion or French Onion).
  • 1 Cup Red Wine.
  • 4-6 Bread Bowls

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat over to 300 degree's. Combine Stew Beef and Soups in a Casserole dish. Place dish in oven covered, cook for 3 hours. Add 1 cup red wine about 15 minutes before serving. Serve with either Rice or Mashed Potatoes. Hollow out bread bowls and stuff with Rice or Mashed Potatoes then ladle stew on. Enjoy the meal!
