Ingredients
- 1 Red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cup White Vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
- 1 can Goya Black Beans
- 1 can Goya White Beans
- 1 can Goya Pink Beans
- 1 box frozen peas
- 1 bunch finely chopped cilantro
Preparation
Step 1
Marinte the red onion in the vinegars, oil, salt and pepper.
Drain and rinse beans. Toss into onion marinade and add the frozen peas. Add the cilantro.
