Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 1/4 cups firmly packed Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 large egg
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Combine butter, sugar, milk and vanilla -- beat until well blended.
Beat in egg.
Mix dry ingredients and then add to butter mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by tablespoons 3 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes for chewy cookies; 11 to 13 minutes for crisp cookies.
