Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee
- 8 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter with sugar until fluffy.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients and beat into butter mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by large spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes for chewy cookies; 10 to 12 minutes per crispy cookies.
