• 11 baked 9” deep dish pie shell
• 1-1/4cups1-1/4 cups sugar
• 6Tbls.6 Tbls. corn starch
• 2cups2 cups water
• 1/3cup1/3 cup lemon juice
• 33 eggs, separated
• 3Tbls.3 Tbls. butter
• 1-1/2tsp.1-1/2 tsp. lemon extract
• 2tsp.2 tsp. vinegar
• 1Tbls.1 Tbls. corn starch
• 2Tbls.2 Tbls. cold water
• 1/2cup1/2 cup boiling water
• 33 egg whites (@ room temperature)
• 6Tbls.6 Tbls. sugar
