Ingredients
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 t. salt
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 t. baking powder
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and pour batter in muffin wrappers or a loaf pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Insert knife in center. If wet batter appears on knife, bake another 10 to 15 minutes or till done.
