Ingredients

  • 2 Lg. Idaho Potatoes (mash cooked potatoes)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • salt/pepper
  • 1/2 c. flour

Preparation

Step 1

Flour board- take small amnt of dough @ a time and roll out to rope shape. Cut and cook in boiling water 3 minutes or until they float.
