Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Swanson Organic Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Swanson Organic Dried Onion Flakes
  • 1/2 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground turkey
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked Eden Food Organic Quinoa
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons Swanson Organic Parsley Leaves
  • 1/2 tablespoon Swanson Himalayan Crystal Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Swanson Organic Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 3/4 tablespoon Swanson Organic Black Peppercorns, ground

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the package. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl using your hands. Roll into balls and place in greased baking pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Makes 18 meatballs. Serving size 2 meatballs.
