Spinach-Artichoke Dip (crabmeat optional)

Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz frozen spinach (thawed and dried)
  • 1 12 oz jar artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 c. whipped cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. grated cheddar/moz (on top?)
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. black pepper
  • Bowl of Pita or Taco chips

Preparation

Step 1

Mix drip and bake @ 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with chips!
