Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 16 eggs, beaten
- 6 sticks butter, melted
- 1 cup honey
- 15 cups flour
- 3 Tb salt
- 3 Tb yeast
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients in Kitchenaid. Put in lightly covered container & leave at room temp for 2-3 hours. Put in frig & use within 7 days. On baking day w/ heavily floured hands shape & put in brioche containers, let rise covered for 45-60 min. Brush w/ egg wash & bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
