Meat Burekas

Ingredients

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 onion - chopped
• 1 Tb oil
• 3 Tb BBQ sauce
• 1 pkg puff pastry squares - 10 pieces
• 1 egg white
• sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion in oil.
Add ground beef and brown.
Add BBQ sauce and stir.
Put a spoonful of meat mixture in the middle of each puff pastry sheet.
Fold over to make a triangle and close.
Brush each with egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
Serve with mushroom sauce.
