Ingredients
- Swai fillets
- Softened margarine
- marjoram
- dill
- garlic powder
- ground pepper
- Dijon mustard
- Panko bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Mix butter with herbs, spices, and Dijon mustard.
Rinse fish and pat dry. Coat both sides with butter mixture then coat both sides with Panko crumbs.
Grill on medium heat until browned on both sides and cooked through.
