Salmon With Honey Citrus glaze

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz. each, skin on
- 4 tbsp. honey
- 3 tsbp. fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp. orange juice
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 400 deg.
2. Grease a 9x13x2 inch baking pan
3. Place salmon skin down in the prepared baking pan
4. Combine the honey,lime juice,and orange juice stirring til well blended
5. Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper then spoon honey and juice miture over fillets
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or til fish flakes easily with a fork
