Ingredients
- 2 LB Boneless beef
- Chuck eye roast
- Cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 C A.1. Original
- Steak Sauce
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 Can (14oz) Undrained
- Diced Tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 1/4 C Water
- Egg Noodles
Preparation
Step 1
Toss the beef in the A.1. sauce in a
slow cooker. Top with the onion and
the tomatoes; cover and cook on LOW
9-10 hours or HIGH 4-5 hours.
Mix 2 Tbsp Flour with 1/4 C Water.
Stir into meat mixture and cook,
covered 5 min. or until sauce is
thickened, stirring occasionally.
Serve with hot cooked noodles
and a vege.
