Easy White Lasagna

A delicious and easy way to make a pasta dish for the family, get a loaf of French bread for garlic bread. Add some prepared mushrooms for an extra treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 1 1 pound Large Elbow Noodles or Campanelle (any noodles work)
  • 3 3 3 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 1 1 +Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 2 cans 2 Large cans Chunk Chicken Breast (can also use rotisserie chicken)
  • 2 2 2 cups Co-Jack Cheese
  • 1 1 1 cup Monterey Jack or Mozzarella
  • to Salt to taste (Lots)
  • to to taste
  • Garlic Bread
  • 1 1 1 loaf of French breach or buy a frozen prepared bread.
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 stick butter - very soft
  • 2 2 2 cloves diced garlic (garlic press)

Preparation

Step 1

Cook noodles to just al dente

Mix soup, sour cream, chicken, garlic and pepper, add some cheese and add cooked noodles. Pour into a casserole dish, cover with cheese. Bake 350 until cheese is brown and bubbly 30 - 45 min. Let cool for 15 min or so (that's when I cook garlic bread!!)

add diced garlic to butter and blend well.
Slice bread diagonally into 1" thick strips
spread on butter, lay on cookie sheet and bake for 10 mins.
