Refrigerator Rolls - Mom

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg dry yeast – soften in 2 1/2 c warm water. Add 3/4 c melted shortening, 3/4 c sugar, 2 eggs, beaten, 8-8 1/2 c flour, 2 1/2 t salt.

Preparation

Mix well and knead. Cover tightly. Put in refrigerator overnite or until needed. Use large container. Dough can be kept 2-3 days. When ready to use punch down and use as wanted. Makes good rolls, kuchen, or buns.
