Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice (do not use minute rice)
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1 Tbls. chopped onion
- 1/2 teas. Salt
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teas. Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Combine beef, rice, egg, onion, salt, dash pepper and ¼ cup of undiluted soup. Mix well. Shape into meatballs and place in skillet. Mix remaining soup, water, and Worcestershire sauce and pour over. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 40 minutes.
