Ingredients

  • 5 cups cubed Potatoes
  • 1 lb Bacon
  • 2 T Onion Powder
  • 1 t Celery Seed
  • 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 T Parsley Flakes
  • 1 t Pepper
  • 2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 lb Velveeta Cheese
  • 3 1/2 cups Milk Chicken Broth

Preparation

Step 1

Cook Potatoes in Chicken Broth until tender Cook Bacon until crisp and drain When Potatoes are cooked, do not drain Add in your Soup, Milk, Sour Cream and Pepper to Potatoes Cook on low for 10 minutes Add in Velveeta and Bacon. Cook until Cheese is melted
