Ingredients
- Rena’s Taco Soup
- 2 lbs ground beef, turkey or venison
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 packets dry Ranch Dressing mix
- 2 packets dry taco seasoning mix
- 16 oz can white northern beans, undrained
- 16 oz can kidney beans, undrained
- 16 oz can pork and beans, undrained
- 16 oz can tomatoes w/green chilis, undrained –
- 1-10oz can Rotel Mild
- 1 – 10oz can of original
- 16 oz can tomatoes wedges, undrained
- 32 oz can corn, undrained
- 2 cups water

Preparation
Step 1
Cook meat and onion together until meat is browned. Stir Ranch dressing and taco seasoning into meat. Add remaining ingredients with juices from all cans. Add water. Simmer 2 hours. Garnish each serving with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and tortilla chips.
I usually double or triple recipe as it freezes well.
