Ingredients
- 1 C flour
- 1/4 t salt
- Generous dash cayenne pepper
- 1/2 C butter
- 1 C grated swiss cheese
- 3 T ice water

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine te flour, salt & pepper. Using a pastry blender, cut in the better and cheese until mixture resembles coarse meal. Gradually add cold water, mixing well with a fork.
On a lightly floured board, roll pastry very thin. Using a sharp knife, cut into 3 x 1/2 inch strips and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a 425 oven about 10 minutes or until golden.
