- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 C dry white wine
- 1 10 oz tub refrigerated Alfredo sauce
- 1 8 oz bag shredded swiss cheese (2 c)
- 1/3 t nutmeg
- 1 T kirsch or brandy
Rub the garlic clove around the inside of a fondue pot or nonaluminum saucepan, then discard. Add the wine and heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low and add the sauce, cheese and nutmeg. Stir constantly until the cheese is milted and very ot. Add the kirsch or brandy.
Serve with cubes of breat, sliced pears, and sliced apples.
