Stir Fried Sugar Snap Peas with Mushrooms

  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced to 1/4"
  • 4 cups sugar snap peas
  • 3 T sesame oil
  • 2 T water
  • 2 t lite soy sauce
  • 2 t fresh garlic. minced
  • 1/4 t each salt and black pepper



Step 1

Wash and de-stem and string peas
Heat oil in large frying pan or wok until hot
Add mushrooms, stir-fry 2 minutes to brown
Add peas and water/soy sauce mix
Stir-fry 4-6 minutes or until tender
