Low-Fat Coffee Creamer (Hints from Heloise)

Dear Readers: Here is my favorite hint for how to make my low-fat coffee creamer. Just mix a little bit of skim milk (about 1 / 2 cup) and some powdered milk in a container (I use a jar with a lid) and shake well. Then, to make it extra special, I add a dash of cinnamon, cocoa powder or vanilla. Low-fat and low calories! -- Heloise
